Our Team
Abraham Bentata is Founder & Managing Partner of Five Eighteen Construction and is a fully licensed building contractor. He is a civil engineer with construction management trajectory in the residential and commercial sector. Experienced in the high-end market, has built award wining projects and developed lifelong relations with notable architects, designers and engineers.
Abraham graduated from Florida International University with a BS in Civil Engineering. He is a certified project manager from the Project Management Institute and has completed several OSHA courses.

Alex Zerbib is Founder & Managing Partner of Five Eighteen Construction and a fully licensed contractor with a Civil Engineer Degree. Mr. Zerbib oversees all aspects of construction from project inception until completion, ensuring the final product to be delivered with the upmost quality and within schedule. His professional experience in the High-End Residential Market has enabled him to create solid relationships with well Known Architects, Designers and Engineers.
Alex graduated from Florida International University with a BS in Civil Engineering and a certificate in Structural Analysis and Management.
Alex Zerbib
Alberto Franco is General Partner of Five Eighteen Construction. Mr. Franco participates in strategic planning for long-term goals, business development and public relations. In the last 20 years and with his own capital, he has been developing Single Family Homes in south Florida in an array of properties ranging from middle income to ultra luxury.
From 2000 to 2020, Mr. Franco has been instrumental in creating and scaling two funds in the areas of trading and aircraft leasing that manage over $2.5bn USD. In addition, he currently serves as a Senior Advisor to Cyrus Capital Partners, a NYC fund with over $3.5bn USD under management.
Mr. Franco was the President of the International Division of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and a member of the Board from 2000-2010. He graduated from Yale University with a B.A in Ad Sci. in 1982, where he served as the captain of the Varsity tennis team. He was a member of Peru’s Davis Cup team in 1978.
